PACE, or “property-assessed clean energy,” is a local-government-sponsored initiative that secures repayment for voluntary long-term financing as an assessment on the property tax bill.

• $250 thousand in state and local taxes
• 15 new jobs nationwide

While Demeter Power does not administer PACE programs, we require a PACE program through which to operate and deploy our financing. For this reason, we work closely with local governments and PACE program administrators around the country.
